    Storage & protection

    Quote requests are sent securely to our internal job management system. Email correspondence is stored in our email system. Phone records are held on company devices. Only Spanner and Stacey have access to customer data. We retain records for 7 years as required by Australian tax law.

    Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymised information such as which pages you visit, how long you spend, and your general location. This information is aggregated and we cannot identify individual visitors from it.
